Inside Sales Representative Location:
Ladson, SC (Greater Metro Charleston)
Job Type:
Full-time, On-site Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually (DOE) Reports to:
President Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience Strong verbal, written, and virtual communication skills Customer-service focused with excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Rep to support our sales and customer service efforts. This role focuses on generating leads, managing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospective customers and maintain accurate CRM records Generate and process new sales leads; follow up on marketing and referral sources Conduct daily outbound calls to qualify and nurture potential clients Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online channels Manage the sales pipeline through order confirmation and fulfillment Prepare and distribute marketing materials; gather feedback to improve outreach Collaborate with management and peers to enhance processes and customer service Provide administrative support and reporting as needed
Performance Expectations:
Meet or exceed individual sales activity and performance targets Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers Maintain a high standard of accuracy, communication, and follow-through
