WHAT YOU'LL DO
Generate new business through door knocking, referrals, and networking Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify storm damage or aging roofs Sell both insurance-based roof replacements AND retail roofing projects Educate customers on repair vs. full replacement options Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable Prepare and present professional roofing estimates & proposals Follow up with prospects and build long-term relationships Coordinate with production to ensure smooth project completionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, pest control, car sales, etc.) Strong communication skills — must be comfortable talking to homeowners Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable Ability to work outdoors and handle physical activity (climbing roofs, weather conditions) Must have your own reliable vehicle Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background checkEQUIPMENT PROVIDED
