Full Job Description HVAC Sales Pro Wanted:
No Slackers, No Excuses, Just Results Listen up. If you're the type who hits snooze three times, complains about Mondays, and needs a "work-life balance seminar" to stay motivated, this isn't for you. But if you wake up ready to win, put in the effort, and want to make serious money, keep reading.
What We Need:
We're looking for an HVAC salesperson who knows how to sell, works hard, and doesn't settle for "good enough." If you believe that success isn't handed out but earned through hustle and persistence, you might be our kind of person.
What You'll Do:
Sell HVAC systems like a pro. Build strong relationships with customers. Find new business opportunities and close deals. Represent our company with honesty, professionalism, and a drive to be the best.
What You Need:
Proven sales experience (no, selling your old lawnmower on Facebook Marketplace doesn't count). A work ethic stronger than your grandpa's handshake. Great communication and negotiation skills—because "uhh" and "lemme check" won't close a sale. The ability to push through challenges and never quit.
