In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator at the front desk, supporting sales operations and customer interactions. Your energetic approach will help drive sales growth, ensure smooth daily office functions, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive-related sales and office management within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about providing top-tier service while contributing to a vibrant team atmosphere. Duties Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel Manage inventory levels using inventory control systems and update stock records accurately Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments responsibly Support automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance scheduling to ensure customer vehicles are serviced promptly Assist with automotive repair and service appointments, coordinating with technicians and customers for seamless workflow Maintain organized office records, including customer files, sales logs, and inventory documentation using Microsoft Excel or similar tools Engage in retail sales activities by promoting products and services, utilizing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in multilingual or bilingual settings Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, and automotive service processes Experience with inventory management systems (CMMS preferred), POS systems, and retail math for accurate order fulfillment and stock control Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as stocking, cashiering, and maintenance duties simultaneously Negotiation skills to effectively close sales and handle customer concerns confidently Knowledge of dealership operations, retail sales techniques, and marketing strategies to boost sales performance Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining positive customer interactions and demonstrating strong organizational skills This role is paid and open to candidates eager to grow their career in automotive sales and office management.
