Do you like helping people reach their goals? Do you enjoy building relationships? Join us as an inside sales representative. We are a growing company that has education at its core. In this role you will get to work with many different organization to promote and sell our education and consulting offerings. Our marketing team works diligently to tempt leads into our organization with tools such HubSpot for inbound marketing, geolocated and title based ad delivery, webinars, onsite learning events, and industry conferences to give you the opportunities to build relationships with our future clients. You will be polite professional that becomes a trusted advisor as the clients become more comfortable with our rather unique leading edge training products and approaches. Our services are mostly marketed and sold to the manufacturing and facilities organizations globally. You will get to help them start their journey to a new level of performance. It is very rewarding to see the lights come on in their eyes and the improved performance that you had a part in creating. Some travel will be required as we attend various conferences and client locations but most of your time will be spent in our offices in Mt Pleasant. You are a people person and a relationship builder. You work comfortably on the phone, in emails, and face to face. You believe in documenting your work and use rigorous follow up with an eye for adding value at every interaction with a potential client. You love to learn and you do so on a continuous basis.
