Job Description
No Automotive Experience Required Are you currently working in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or another people-focused industry? Looking for an opportunity to earn more, grow professionally, and build a long-term career? Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for energetic, motivated individuals to help us purchase vehicles directly from local consumers. You'll meet customers, appraise vehicles, explain our buying process, and help grow our inventory. This is not a traditional sales position. We provide training, tools, and support. We're looking for personality, work ethic, and the desire to succeed. What You'll Do Meet with customers interested in selling their vehicles Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and gather information Build relationships with local vehicle owners Follow up on leads and appointment opportunities Work with management to determine vehicle values Help maintain a steady flow of inventory acquisitions What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Positive attitude Competitive drive Ability to connect with people Professional appearance Desire to learn and grow
