Duties Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation efforts Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer retention, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Identify new business development opportunities through market analysis and strategic outreach Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or territory management with a focus on technical or technology products Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and influence decision-makers Expertise in CRM software like Salesforce for lead tracking, account management, and sales analysis Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer negotiations Ability to perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth Skilled in inside sales techniques including cold calling, direct sales, and upselling strategies Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to customer engagement and lead generation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service Embark on a rewarding career where your sales talent fuels growth!
