What You'll Do:

Consult:

Meet homeowners to understand their vision and educate on the benefits of pool ownership

Design:

Create stunning backyard concepts using industry-leading 3D software

Sell:

Present customized designs, build trust through transparency, and close high-ticket projects

Manage:

Oversee key project milestones (Day of Dig, Gunite Day) to ensure customer satisfaction

Grow:

Build a referral network, exceed expectations, and drive repeat business

Deliver $2.5M+ in annual sales with integrity and a positive customer experience

What You Bring:

✔ 3+ years of proven success in high-performance, six-figure sales roles ✔ A self-starter mindset with drive, discipline, and an obsession for winning ✔Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven industry ✔Excellent communication and presentation skills ✔ Basic proficiency in computers/design software (skills test required) ✔ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license ✔ Spanish-speaking is a plus ✔ Pool industry experience is a plus but not required — we will train
