$100,000+ Objective Contract Exteriors, a national award-winning exterior remodeling firm, is seeking a high-performance Sales Consultant to dominate the Charleston market. We specialize in premium siding, decking, and window replacements. We are not looking for "order takers"; we are looking for closers who can navigate complex exterior solutions and provide homeowners with the "Amazing Solution" our brand is known for.

We provide 95% of your leads. Our marketing team ensures you spend your time closing, not cold-calling.
No Production Hassles:
Unlike other firms, our sales team focuses exclusively on the sale. Once the contract is signed, our dedicated production department handles the rest. W-2

Responsibilities Consultative Closing:
Conduct in-home consultations to identify homeowner needs and present technical solutions for siding, decking, and window projects.
Technical Mastery:
Utilize industry-specific terminology and knowledge—including cladding systems , moisture barriers , and joist integrity —to build trust and justify premium project costs.
CRM & Technology Management:
Maintain meticulous records within our sales technology suite to ensure a seamless handoff to the production team.
Tools & Support Training Period:
We provide a 4-week training salary to ensure you master our SOPs and technical standards.
Safety & Standards:
All sales processes align with our strict safety and craftsmanship standards, ensuring you sell with total confidence in the end product.
