Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Leader/Producer to drive our sales initiatives, margin and profitability. In this pivotal role, you will lead sales strategies across diverse channels, foster strong customer relationships and cultivate a high-performance sales environment for yourself and the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering sustainable growth through unit sales and margin management. This role offers high operational autonomy to manage margins and take absolute ownership of territory sales activities." Future growth could include management of our service center (s) as well as our internal CRM platform implementations and initiatives.++ Duties Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational goals across retail docks and centers, outside sales and advertising/lead generation channels. Meet/exceed sales quota while maximizing margin Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and personalized service. Conduct analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities. Oversee sales administration tasks including unit sales, customer service support and sales documentation. Coordinate marketing efforts to promote products and services effectively in various markets. Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas and margin requirements Create new financing opportunities for our customers Own and manage lead generation strategy while committing to a "same day" lead response initiative. Capability and desire to seek, close and service the sale. Create and manage FBC NC boat shows on premise during peak usage periods Experience with financial banking relationships, CRM management and service expertise welcome++ Upsell extended warranties, pre-paid service packages, and Freedom Select upgrades including stainless steel props upgrades and stereo accessories. Heavy emphasis on managing and promoting inhouse financing options. This is an onsite position and will require in-season Saturdays and an occasional Sunday as appropriate and based on sales opportunities. Skills Proven experience in recreational outside sales, boat/recreational vehicle sales, automotive sales or related fields with a track record of exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Solid analysis skills to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer feedback for strategic planning. Knowledge of sales administration processes including financing options and CRM applications. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fun, professional and results oriented environment. Familiarity with marketing strategies and lead generation/telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand client base.
