The Inside Sales Representative is the main point of contact for customers, outside sales and acts as a focal point for quotes, quote follow up, and the single point of control in managing the day-to-day customer interaction.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday starting from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. We offer a fun, friendly, fast-paced work environment for the right individual. Primary Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and requests for bidding, outgoing bids, bid strategies and price positioning. Review incoming request for product selection and appropriate application related to the specific requirements of each project. Prepare and review all quotes accurately. Review final price recommendations / bid strategy information gathered with management and or outside sales. Manage quote follow up and report out daily on results of prior bid activity and forecast of anticipated bookings monthly. Confirm incoming contracts are received and reviewed by insides sales and updated to stay in compliance with scope, timelines and terms / conditions prior to processing. Complete the booking process, creating the necessary documentation for the job folder, credit review, engineering and communicating tentative project schedule needs.
