Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Assist Sales team with administrative tasks such as making reservations, entering rooming lists and billing, keeping meeting minutes, and ordering of office supplies/Sales collateral. Handle and develop sales leads stemming from walk-in site visits and call-in inquiries at high-volume hotel. Effectively deliver site tours of the hotel and walk clients through the Sales process while professionally communicating hotel amenities, packages, and promotions. Load all information from client interactions in Sales system in a timely manner, with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include all aspects of group booking and account tracking. •Job Requirements •A Sales Coordinator is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: Excellent organizational and administration skills, as multi-tasking is required daily. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on getting necessary information from guests, translating that information through Client Management platforms, and responding to guests in a clear, professional manner. Ability to work in fast-paced environment while comfortably navigating through multiple Sales & Revenue platforms Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets, with a hands-on attitude to problem solving. Previous hotel experience in Guest Services preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Must pass a background check. This is an entry-level position. Compensation includes opt-in medical and dental benefit package (eligible after 90 days), paid vacation, and 401K. Sales office is closed on major holidays.
