Inside Sales / Purchasing Coordinator- 10-99

Blue Mountain Distributors is a growing local and regional food & beverage distributor servicing retailers throughout the Southeast. We are passionate about supporting local brands, independent businesses, and strong customer relationships. We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and team-oriented individual to join our office operations team in an Inside Sales & Replenishment Coordinator role. This position plays an important role in supporting our sales team, maintaining inventory replenishment with vendors, assisting customers, and overseeing our direct-to-consumer Sclafani Foods pick-and-pack operation. Responsibilities Manage replenishment and ordering from existing vendors Communicate with vendors regarding inventory and order needs Support outside sales representatives with customer and product questions Assist customers by phone and email Enter and process customer orders as needed Help oversee daily operations of our Sclafani Foods consumer order fulfillment area Coordinate and pack direct-to-consumer orders. Maintain organization and communication between office and warehouse operations Assist with general office and operational support duties which sometimes means packing an order Schedule Preferred schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break daily Occasional flexibility may be needed during heavier order periods or late-arriving shipments Qualifications Must have at least one year of QuickBooks experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with vendors, customers, and sales representatives Dependable with strong follow-through Computer and email proficiency required Experience in food distribution, purchasing, inventory, inside sales, or customer service preferred What We Value We are looking for someone who: works well with a team, communicates professionally, takes initiative, stays organized under pressure, and values supporting local and regional brands. Pay:
