Earn $950 + per sale in a fun environment! Duties NO getting on roofs Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to generate new leads and expand business opportunities Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and account growth Conduct needs analysis to understand client challenges and present customized technology or service solutions Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements confidently to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual benefit Manage multiple accounts using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields with a focus on account management and business development Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and client information Demonstrated success in warm calling, lead generation, and closing deals independently Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies Self-motivated with leadership qualities that drive results in a flexible independent contractor role Knowledge of marketing principles and technical sales processes is highly desirable Join us as a Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor) where your proactive approach will fuel growth, foster meaningful client relationships, and unlock new opportunities.
