Business Development Representative Eco-Clean Systems | Myrtle Beach, SC | Full-Time | Base + Recurring Commission + Company Vehicle

THE OPPORTUNITY
Eco-Clean Systems is a locally owned commercial and residential cleaning company serving Myrtle Beach and the entire Grand Strand. We work with offices, medical practices, retail spaces, schools, gyms, vacation rentals, churches, and more — and we are growing. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base. You will be in the field, meeting local business owners and managers, understanding their cleaning needs, and presenting service plans that make sense for their space. Once you close a client, they become part of your recurring book of business — and your income grows with every account you add.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prospect for new clients through in-person visits, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads Meet with business owners and decision-makers, conduct on-site assessments, and present customized cleaning proposals using our mobile quoting tool Close new recurring service contracts with a goal of 10-20 new clients per month Maintain your pipeline in our CRM — log activity, follow up consistently, and stay organized Work with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff after each new client is signed Represent Eco-Clean Systems professionally in every interaction
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We structured this compensation plan specifically so your income keeps growing the longer you are here: Starting base salary Commission on every new contract you close Ongoing monthly residual commission on the recurring revenue from your entire active client book — accounts you closed months ago continue to pay you every month (up to 12 months) Performance bonuses quarterly targets Company vehicle provided Career growth opportunity as we expand How the residual works in practice:
Example:
You have built 50 active recurring accounts averaging $500 per month each, you are earning residual commission on $25,000 in monthly recurring revenue — every month — on top of commissions from whatever new business you close that month. Your income floor rises as your book of business grows.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
1+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or field sales experience Comfortable meeting business owners and managers face to face Self-motivated and organized — you partially manage your own schedule and stay on top of follow-ups Valid driver's license and clean driving record Smartphone and tablet proficiency — you will use a mobile quoting and CRM tool in the field Ability to learn a basic CRM to create proposals and track customer info and follow up Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred (not required): Experience selling services to business owners, office managers, or property managers Background in cleaning, facilities, or property services Existing relationships with commercial decision-makers in the Grand Strand area
