Customer Service & Sales Associate Car Wash

Action HR Consulting is partnering with a growing car wash operation in the Travelers Rest area to hire Customer Service & Sales Associates . This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, explaining products, and earning additional income through performance-based bonuses. What You'll Do Welcome customers and create a positive, engaging experience from the start Educate customers on wash package options and help them choose the best fit Promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships and explain their value Share current promotions and special offers when applicable Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and features Process transactions and assist customers at pay stations Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence at all times Follow safety procedures and report any concerns to management Support the team with additional tasks as needed Schedule & Availability Open 7 days per week (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM) Flexible scheduling available Must be able to work weekends and holidays Full-time and part-time positions available Compensation & Earning Potential Starting at $15.00 per hour Commission and bonus opportunities for Unlimited Wash Club memberships High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings What You Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales mindset with the ability to confidently recommend services Customer service experience preferred Previous sales experience is a strong plus Self-motivated and goal-driven Positive, energetic attitude Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Stand or remain active for extended periods (8+ hours) Perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, and lifting Lift up to 25 pounds as needed Why This Opportunity Stands Out This role combines customer service with sales, giving you the chance to earn more based on your performance.
