About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will be the face of Front Range Showers and Bath , meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales position utilizes advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality products, helping homeowners transform their spaces. Your Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system. Engage in weekly sales training to continually enhance your skills. Use our intuitive software to create personalized bath designs. Provide accurate pricing information and consistently secure sales. What We Are Looking For Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in home sales is highly valued; a background in home remodeling is a strong plus. Reliable transportation and residency within the Rapid City area. Confidence in public speaking and delivering professional presentations. Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined work habits.
