Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and competitive individual to join the sales team for our busy insurance agency as an inside sales rep. This is an In-Person position in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, technologically savy and able to relate to others, make friends and express empathy. This position comes with advancement capabilities which would provide additional responsibilities and additional pay. Pay is hourly base with commission earnings for sales on top of the base! There is great long-term earning potential with this career. Farm experience and knowledge is a plus! Must live in or near Plankinton, SD.
