From the initial showroom visit through final installation, you'll guide customers through every step of the process. Family-owned and operated for over 42 years Largest flooring selection in the area with guaranteed lowest prices Professional, full-service installation team Supportive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement Strong earning potential with bonus incentives Every Sunday off—guaranteed Key Responsibilities As a Flooring Sales Consultant, you will: Welcome customers and guide them through flooring options based on their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget Assist customers in making informed product selections and purchasing decisions Schedule in-home measurements and coordinate installation services Prepare estimates and explain project details for remodels and renovation projects Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and online Maintain attractive, organized, and up-to-date showroom displays Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training Support store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives Qualifications We are seeking candidates who possess: Strong communication and customer service skills A goal-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude Confidence assisting customers with design and purchasing decisions High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work a consistent retail schedule, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays Basic reading, writing, and math skills Professional and respectful conduct in all customer and team interactions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed. Compensation & Benefits Consultants performing at national averages can earn $50,000+ annually .
