Responsibilities As a Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in creating a positive showroom experience.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and assisting them in exploring product options
• Delivering knowledgeable and attentive service that builds trust and customer loyalty
• Developing long-term relationships with customers
• Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
• Maintaining organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom displays
• Staying current on product offerings and participating in sales promotions Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are professional, friendly, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and select holidays (closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented attitude
• Basic math and communication skills
• Commitment to professionalism and integrity Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.

We provide structured, hands-on training to help you build the skills needed for success. Compensation This position offers performance-based earning potential through a combination of hourly pay, commission, and bonuses. Associates performing at national averages have the opportunity to earn $50,000 or more annually. Schedule Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Typical shifts are eight hours or longer, with two days off each week—including every Sunday. Work Location Sales Associates are primarily assigned to one of our Rapid City showrooms:
