Job Description

Overview Base Salary:
65k-90k / 200k OTE We are seeking a driven and results-oriented HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining profitable relationships with new and existing commercial and industrial clients. We'd love to hear from you if you have retrofit, service, or project sales experience. We are a leading provider of commercial and industrial HVAC, building controls, electrical, and plumbing services, serving a wide range of industries — including distribution centers, industrial plants, universities, airports, healthcare facilities, and self-storage operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and close HVAC opportunities within assigned territories. Leverage established industry relationships to generate new business and expand existing accounts. Maintain and grow an existing book of business by nurturing repeat clients and identifying upsell opportunities. Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure customer needs are met from proposal through project completion. Conduct site visits, system assessments, and presentations to support sales opportunities and demonstrate technical expertise. Understand each customer's business priorities and communicate in terms that align with their goals. Prepare, review, and finalize detailed proposals, securing client commitment to our solution. Conduct customer kick-off meetings, address concerns, create pull-through opportunities, manage service agreement renewals, and support collections when needed. Keep management informed of all sales activity, progress, and account status using the BuildOps tool and other reporting systems. Develop and execute territory marketing plans consistent with our business strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Qualifications 5 years of experience in HVAC or mechanical service sales or related technical service roles. Demonstrated success in retrofit, service, or project sales. Must have industrial and commercial sales experience Strong technical understanding of building HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
