COPY LINK link Commercial Sales Representative Overview Our client, a growing provider of roll-off andmercial waste solutions, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to support the expansion of their permanent service offerings. This role is responsible for developing newmercial accounts, establishing long-term service agreements, and building strong relationships with facility leaders across manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial environments. If you have experience in waste services,mercial equipment sales, or recurring service contracts, this position offers the opportunity to work with a locally operatedanization that values responsiveness, partnership, and customermitment. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop newmercial accounts within manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial sectors Conduct onsite visits to evaluate customer waste-handling needs and rmend appropriate service solutions Create and present proposals, pricing packages, and long-term service agreements Maintain regularmunication with facility managers, operations leaders, and business owners to support account growth and service continuity Partner with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction Monitor sales pipelines, track opportunities, and consistently work toward revenue goals Build and retain a portfolio of long-termmercial service accounts Ideal Candidate Profile Background in waste services, roll-off/container rentals, facility services, environmental services, or relatedmercial service industries Experience selling to manufacturing or industrial operations is highly preferred Comfortable working independently, managing a sales territory, and building relationships in the field Strongmunication, negotiation, and customer service skills Prior experience with contracted or recurring service agreements is a plus Candidates with strong B2B sales success will be considered even without direct waste industry experience Compensation Base salary starting at $50,000+ annually Competitivemission structure tied to new account acquisition and long-term service agreements Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work with a locally operatedpany—not a national corporation Quick decision-making and the ability to act promptly on customer needs Your individual performance directly supportspany growth Opportunity to build and manage a robustmercial account base
