Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Online Sales Counselor, where you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth through innovative digital sales strategies. This energetic role combines customer engagement, business development, and territory management to expand our online presence and boost sales performance. You'll utilize your expertise in B2B sales, account management, and technology sales to connect with clients, demonstrate products, and close deals that elevate our brand. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up communications to nurture relationships and identify new sales opportunities Conduct comprehensive product demos and presentations via virtual platforms to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs Manage territory accounts effectively by developing strategic plans for territory management and territory sales growth Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for targeted marketing efforts Negotiate terms and close direct sales deals while upselling complementary products or services to maximize revenue Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance lead generation and brand awareness in targeted markets Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Expertise in account management, territory management, and territory sales strategies to optimize coverage and growth opportunities Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines effectively Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for product demos and closing deals Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for lead generation and customer engagement Ability to perform analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Experience in retail or inside sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence and upselling techniques This role is paid and offers a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm for sales can flourish.
