Job Title:
Commercial Landscape Sales
  • New Accounts We're hiring a true sales hunter to drive new commercial business through the sale of recurring landscape maintenance contracts.
This role is 100% focused on new account acquisition, supported by a strong existing pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities — no construction sales, no account management. You'll also represent the company at local networking events and trade shows, turning relationships into new recurring contracts. Position Summary Tennessee Valley Outdoors is looking for a high-performance commercial sales hunter to grow our commercial maintenance portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new recurring service contracts with commercial properties including HOAs, property management firms, retail centers, office parks, and industrial facilities. This is a field-based, performance-driven role designed for professionals who thrive on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing new business. What You'll Do New Business Development Hunt for new commercial landscape maintenance opportunities Work a mix of company-generated pipeline opportunities and self-sourced leads Conduct cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and referral outreach Identify and engage decision-makers Perform property walk-throughs to evaluate scope and service needs Sales & Closing Develop and present recurring service proposals and agreements Sell long-term value, service reliability, and quality Negotiate and close multi-month and multi-year contracts Consistently achieve new revenue goals Handoff (No Account Babysitting) Coordinate a clean transition to operations after contracts are signed Remain involved only as needed to ensure a successful start Compensation & Benefits Base Salary +
Commission Commission Plan:

  • The more you sell the more you make _ Uncapped commissions allowing top performers to significantly exceed OTE _ On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000
