Overview Are you a closer who's tired of cold calling and chasing leads? At DynaMech, our Residential Systems Consultants walk into homes where the customer already needs help. You'll turn company-provided opportunities into solved problems - replacing aging systems and upgrading homes across heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing - and get paid well for doing it right. What You'll Do Work warm, company-provided leads. Most opportunities come straight from our service technicians and marketing - We work hard to keep your calendar full. Sell high-value home solutions. HVAC system replacements, ductwork, and indoor air quality; whole-home electrical rewires, generators, and major upgrades; whole-home re-pipes, tankless and heat pump water heaters, and more. Be the trusted advisor in the home. Diagnose each homeowner's real needs, then design and present clear options using our proven, no-pressure sales process. Make ownership easy. Present financing on every eligible job and walk customers through the process. Own the relationship end to end. Partner with technicians and the office on smooth handoffs, prepare accurate proposals in our CRM, and stay the customer's point of contact from sale through installation. Hit your numbers. Meet monthly revenue and unit targets while keeping a strong close rate and a 4.9-star customer experience. What We're Looking For Someone who doesn't like to lose. Sales is a sport; and the best performers we have are highly competitive, intrinsically motivated individuals who keep score and treat every appointment like the game is on the line. A track record of sales success - in-home, high-ticket, or home-services sales strongly preferred. A confident, consultative communicator who builds trust quickly and listens before selling. Self-motivated and goal-driven - you thrive when your performance is rewarded. Comfortable with technology (CRM, tablet, and digital proposal tools). Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude in every home. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to pass a background check and drug screen. Bonus Points Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems (we'll train the right person on the technical side) - no prior technical knowledge is required. Experience selling financed, large-ticket products in the home. Being able to put yourself in the technician's shoes as you are quoting a project. There is a "Project Management" component to this role that separates "Good" performers from "World-Class" ones. Familiarity with CompanyCam, Jobber, and financing tools such as GoodLeap, Service Finance, etc. How to Apply Ready to sell solutions that genuinely help people?
