Inside Sales Coordinator

Arrco, LLC is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position will work closely with multiple departments and support efforts throughout the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of inside sales or sales-oriented customer support experience in a high-volume environment and is adept at juggling multiple priorities effectively.

The Job:

Works closely with sales reps and sales managers to support distributor and wholesale accounts - includes tasks like entering orders, tracking order status, cross-referencing parts, and other tasks within an ERP system Works closely with sales managers to meet sales goals and identify business opportunities with new and existing customers Thinking critically on your feet to help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Supports the rest of the customer support team as needed Additional tasks as assigned by your manager
