Job Description

Sales Representative - Commission Based We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team in a commission-based role focused on rentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting weekly rental quotas, increasing market performance, and helping grow overall sales results. This position requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay motivated in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Meet weekly rental quotas. Generate and close rental sales. Improve market performance through consistent sales activity. Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships. Track and report sales progress.
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred. Strong communication and closing ability. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable working on commission.
Compensation:
Commission-based pay. Earnings based on performance and closed rentals.
Pay:
$100.00 - $300.00 per day
