Outside Sales Representative

Personnel Placements, LLC is seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Dyersburg, TN. This individual will play a key role in driving new business, fostering relationships, and promoting our staffing services within surrounding communities. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and eager to become deeply connected to the local community through networking and participation in events.

Responsibilities:

New Business Development :

Identify and pursue potential clients to grow our client base.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and community leaders.

Community Involvement:

Represent Personnel Placements by attending and participating in local events, business expos, and community activities to build brand awareness.

Negotiation & Agreements:

Develop, present, and negotiate contracts and service agreements with new and existing clients.

Account Management:

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Sales Strategy:

Create and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, local business developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in staffing or recruitment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for networking and community engagement. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
