This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential for driven individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities Generate and develop new sales opportunities Meet with prospective clients to discuss project needs Build relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, and commercial clients Prepare and present project proposals and estimates Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production Represent the company professionally within the community and industry Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred Construction, concrete, excavation, hardscape, landscaping, or masonry knowledge is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation 100% Commission-Based Unlimited earning potential No cap on commissions Flexible schedule Opportunity to earn substantial income based on performance
