Job Description

Commonwealth Partners is hiring a full-time Business Development Associate to support campaign operations, customer interaction, and business development efforts throughout Nashville. The Business Development Associate role is designed for entry level candidates who want exposure to how a growing business actually functions day-to-day; not just one isolated responsibility. Part of the Business Development Associate role involves working directly with customers during live outreach campaigns tied to nonprofit client initiatives. The other side focuses on learning how campaign coordination, communication flow, performance tracking, territory management, and leadership development operate inside a fast-moving business environment.
