Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on responding to inquiries and building relationships that lead to moves. Duties Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals within designated territories. Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and referral sources then converting prospects into customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and expand the client base. Foster long-term relationships with existing referral sources through regular follow-ups and support. Skills Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Demonstrated success in business development with a focus on cold calling techniques. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction. Experience in inside sales in the moving industry or logistics is advantageous but not required.
