In this hybrid role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate product inquiries, processing incoming orders, and managing daily account communications. No prior sales or customer service experience is required. We fully believe that the right attitude and a willingness to learn are far more valuable than a decorated resume. If you are comfortable using computers and love interacting with people, we will provide you with all the tools, knowledge, and hands-on training you need to build a successful career.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support:
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email with patience and professionalism.
Order Processing:
Input, track, and update client orders accurately within our internal database.
Sales Support:
Follow up with existing accounts to share information on new product launches, upgrades, or promotions.
Data Management:
Organize daily client communication files, log notes, and update contact information.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot basic customer issues, shipping delays, or billing inquiries, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements Core Software Efficiency:
Fundamental computer knowledge and comfortable navigation of the standard Microsoft Office suite are required:•
Microsoft Outlook:
Ability to manage a busy inbox, reply professionally to clients, and schedule calendar appointments.•
Microsoft Word:
Ability to draft, format, and edit clean, error-free customer letters, memos, or internal documentation.•
Microsoft Excel:
Comfort with opening spreadsheets, performing basic data entry, and utilizing simple search features.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills over the phone.
Professional Attitude:
A punctual, reliable, and positive mindset with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
