What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads Respond to inbound leads within minutes Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and updated Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads Work closely with outside sales & installation teams Hit and exceed key
