You'll represent our line of premium building materials — including siding and windows — meeting homeowners and contractors in the field, building relationships, and closing deals that make a real difference in people's homes across the Knoxville area. What You'll Do Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and company-provided channels Present and demonstrate building material product options tailored to each customer's needs Prepare estimates, follow up on quotes, and guide customers through the sales process Collaborate with install and project management teams to ensure smooth handoffs Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets What We're Looking For Sales, home improvement, or customer-facing experience (we'll train the right person) Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable with basic CRM tools or willingness to learn Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or building materials is a plus — not required What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Company vehicle provided — no need to put miles on your own car 401(k) retirement plan Profit sharing — when the company wins, you win A supportive team culture with real growth opportunities
