  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, traffic, programming, and business departments.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, presentation materials, and sales support documents.
  • Coordinate advertising orders, sponsorship details, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate communication and execution of client advertising schedules.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Have Bachelor's or Associates degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have social media content creation and engagement experience.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
