OBJECTIVE
The position will be responsible under the guidance of the East TN Sales Manager to build and maintain accounts in the East TN area. In doing so will at all times, provide world-class customer service, while achieving company goals, and adhering to Lipman Brothers' mission and vision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and prospect new accounts from start to finish Setting up appointments Tasting with buyer Following up accordingly Closing the sale Communicate with team members, when sales are made and confirm all sales are made Build and maintain relationships with current "Key" Lipman Brothers customers Strengthen connections between Lipman brand and their business Work with restaurants to host in-store tastings and wine dinners Increase overall portfolio presence with existing accounts Build beyond Making more placements where possible Focus attention on gaining more business in "Key" on premise accounts Attend training classes, supplier events and consumer activation events Strive at all times to reach Company goals Maintain route coverage for sales reps during scheduled absence Provide re-caps during these periods This individual will also maintain a small cache of key accounts that they call on as well. Update all activity in Salesforce Send weekly activity to manager
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 yrs. industry experience Knowledge of general winemaking and viticulture techniques and ability to acquire specific knowledge of Lipman Brothers' brands Excellent communication skills, written and oral Ability to lift up to 42 pounds Basic computer skills Good math skills Able to sit for prolonged periods Able to stand for long periods of time Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record Must have updated ABC card
