Chief Sales Officer Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and driven Manufacturing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing sales. The representative will focus on nurturing current customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping drive revenue growth for machining and fabrication services. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new manufacturing customers Make outbound sales calls and emails daily Follow up on quotes and customer opportunities Visit customer facilities and attend meetings when needed Build and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely with estimating, engineering, and production teams Learn TGS Precision capabilities including: CNC machining Laser cutting Press brake forming Welding & fabrication Assembly services Maintain CRM and customer activity records Assist with trade shows, networking events, and customer visits Help identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships Support current customers to ensure excellent service and communication Qualifications Preferred 1-2 years of sales (required), customer service, or manufacturing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and competitive mindset Comfortable making cold calls and prospecting Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, CRM systems) Willingness to learn manufacturing processes Bonus Experience Manufacturing or industrial background
