Commercial Roofing Sales Representative Location:
TN, KY, AK, MS, or Far SEMO (within 150 miles from Memphis)
Pay Range:
Base:
$90k•$100k + heavy commission ($250k+ a year)

Company Overview:
Tiello is partnered with a Commercial Roofing Contractor in their search for a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support business development efforts across Arkansas. This company is known for its strong reputation, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer service across commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of roofing sales or construction-related experience and a proven track record of closing deals. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating new business, and managing the full sales cycle from lead to close. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving position that requires both technical knowledge and sales acumen.
Project Types:
Commercial re-roofs Service and repair programs Preventive maintenance contracts New construction, data centers, SLED, government, industrial, etc. Low-slope, steep-slope, TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new commercial roofing opportunities Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and GC clients Conduct site visits, inspections, and assess project scopes Collaborate with estimators and operations to ensure accurate bids Present proposals and negotiate contracts Maintain CRM and pipeline updates Attend industry events and networking functions Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals Follow up on leads from marketing, referrals, and past customers Stay informed on roofing systems, materials, and market trends Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience in roofing or construction Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings, etc.) CRM experience preferred Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and job walks Ability to work independently and manage your sales territory U.S. work authorization required
