Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and service requests Create and modify window mockups and drawings using CAD software based on customer specifications Process sales orders and ensure accuracy throughout the order lifecycle Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and production requirements Work closely with production, shipping, technical teams, and sales staff to ensure smooth project execution Recommend products and solutions that best fit customer needs Troubleshoot order-related issues and provide timely resolutions Maintain accurate records and respond promptly to customer communications What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications ✔ Experience using CAD software ✔ Ability to create and interpret window drawings, layouts, and customer mockups ✔ Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, or a related role ✔ Strong computer skills and ability to learn company software ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ✔ Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, construction products, windows, doors, glass, architectural products, or related industries Experience reading technical drawings and production specifications Schedule Monday•
