Our operations include batching, logistics, and customer service, supporting projects from residential builds to large-scale infrastructure. Job Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive sales of ready-mix concrete products. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing product knowledge, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery in coordination with dispatch and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other customers. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals for ready-mix concrete products. Coordinate with dispatch and plant personnel to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to maintain satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM knowledge Strong knowledge of, or ability to quickly understand, ready-mix concrete products, applications, and customer segments. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related. 2-3 years of sales experience in construction or building materials preferred.
