Sales Representative Does:

Engage with customers in retail environments and create positive interactions Build relationships through face-to-face conversations Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions Identify customer needs and recommend solutions Help meet individual and team performance goals Collaborate with teammates in a supportive, high-energy environment Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Outgoing, positive, and motivated personality Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face Team-player mindset with a strong work ethic Reliable transportation and punctuality Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
