This role focuses on building relationships, generating new leads, and increasing sales within the community.
Responsibilities:
Generate new wholesale and catering clients through networking, outreach, and lead follow-up Build and maintain strong client relationships Promote wholesale coffee partnerships and catering services Create proposals and guide clients through products, pricing, and options Track sales activity and manage client pipelines Work closely with café teams and our roastery to ensure smooth execution Represent Belltower at community and networking events
Qualifications:
1-3 years of sales, hospitality, customer service, or account management experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with networking and cold outreach Organized, proactive, and goal-driven Reliable transportation preferred
Compensation:
$15-17/hour + commission • Growth opportunities and performance-based earning potential
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
