Sales Department:

Start in entry level sales to learn systems and gain experience Drive B2B sales efforts, building relationships with small-to-medium-sized business clients Lead from the front—actively participating in client acquisition, presentations, and closing deals Manage and mentor a small team of entry-level sales reps Train new hires on sales strategies, communication, and product knowledge Track team performance and help hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly sales goals Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and confidence in a face-to-face B2B sales environment Competitive mindset with a desire to win and lead Natural leadership qualities (team sports, student leadership, or prior team experience is a plus) Coachable, positive attitude, and high work ethic Ability to thrive in a performance-driven setting Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
