Job Description EchoPark Automotive is hiring Automotive Document Specialists/ Sales Admin for our dealership in Nashville, TN. As a Document Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process. If you're a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we're looking for you.
What You'll Do:
Assist with the final steps of the purchase process Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. Verify insurance, trade payoffs and obtain deposits
