What You'll Do Represent well-known charities at booth-based community events (NOT door-to-door) Engage with the public and build meaningful donor relationships Educate communities about charitable programs Secure ongoing support for nonprofit initiatives Develop sales, leadership, and communication skills Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Growth & Compensation Competitive base pay + uncapped commission Weekly performance bonuses Paid weekly Rapid advancement based on performance Leadership and management opportunities Paid training and mentorship Full-time, stable position Schedule & Benefits Tuesday -Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30PM Saturday, 11:00 AM-5:00 PM Sundays are optional/ extra work days. 11:00 AM-5:00PM In-person position Health, dental, and vision insurance Supportive, high-energy team culture What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people Positive attitude and high energy Competitive, performance-driven mindset Self-motivated and coachable Interest in sales, fundraising, marketing, or leadership Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and have their own personal vehicle Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment and want real advancement opportunities.
