About Us At Ragan Roofing, we specialize in high-quality roofing systems for discerning homeowners and builders. Our focus is craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term solutions — not high-pressure sales tactics. We work on premium residential projects and value doing what's right for the customer above simply closing deals. We are looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative who understands both roofing systems and relationship-based sales. The ideal candidate values professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail, and preferably has experience with luxury or specialty roofing systems such as cedar shake, slate, standing seam metal, and other premium applications. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and property owners to evaluate roofing needs Conduct roof inspections and provide honest, solution-based recommendations Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, and referral partners Prepare detailed estimates and proposals Educate clients on roofing materials, system performance, and long-term value Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects meet quality standards Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times Follow up with clients throughout the sales and project process Qualifications Prior roofing sales experience required Preferred experience with premium roofing systems (Cedar Shake, Slate, Standing Seam Metal, Synthetic Roofing Products) Strong communication and relationship-building skills High level of integrity and professionalism Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship Ability to diagnose roofing issues and recommend appropriate solutions Self-motivated and organized What We Value We are not a "sell everyone a roof" company.

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
