This role is primarily an inside sales position focused heavily on outbound phone calls, prospecting, and consistent email follow-up with healthcare organizations. Approximately 75% of the role will consist of inside sales activity, with about 25% dedicated to outside sales meetings and relationship-building within the local market. We are looking for a true "go-getter" - someone who thrives on high call volume, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by generating new business opportunities through persistence and strong communication. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound sales calls daily to healthcare organizations, medical offices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities Conduct consistent email outreach and follow-up to maintain engagement with prospects and clients Prospect and develop new business opportunities through phone calls, networking, referrals, and market research Build relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers within healthcare organizations Schedule and conduct in-person client visits and meetings as needed Present staffing solutions tailored to healthcare workforce needs Maintain organized sales activity, follow-up schedules, and pipeline management within CRM systems Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and strong client satisfaction Meet or exceed daily call expectations, outreach goals, and sales targets Maintain a strong sense of urgency and consistent follow-through Qualifications 1 year of previous sales experience required; staffing industry experience strongly preferred Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, and business development Healthcare staffing or healthcare industry experience is a plus Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily Highly organized with strong email communication and follow-up abilities Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven personality Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue opportunities Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and email communication tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is energetic, driven, and persistent with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
