You will act as a strategic partner, leveraging your technical acumen to solve operational challenges and deliver high-value equipment and service proposals. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand market share within an assigned territory. Serve as a trusted advisor by analyzing customer business models, including asset management and ROI, to provide tailored solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that clearly articulate the value of proposed equipment and service programs. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and final contract closure. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline status, and market intelligence. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide technical expertise for RFP responses and complex project specifications. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives that directly impact customer operational efficiency. Required Skills Proven track record in technical sales or industrial services with a focus on consultative selling. Strong project management capabilities and the ability to solve complex, non-standardized problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing sales pipelines in a CRM platform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for persuasive presentation. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as required. Preferred Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field. Deep understanding of mechanical processes, industrial equipment, or material handling systems. Experience in financial analysis, including cost-benefit modeling and ROI justification. Demonstrated success in building long-term, loyal customer partnerships.
