• Property maintenance / light construction services We work with apartment communities, commercial properties, medical offices, and other businesses throughout Middle Tennessee.

We are looking for a hungry, driven, professional outside sales representative to help grow our floor care and commercial services division. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, being out in the field, and creating opportunities—not sitting behind a desk.

• What You'll Do
• Visit apartment complexes, property managers, commercial businesses, and decision makers in person
• Build relationships and generate new business opportunities
• Prospect for commercial carpet cleaning and floor care contracts
• Generate leads for restoration and construction opportunities when identified
• Follow up on prospects and maintain communication
• Track outreach, contacts, and opportunities in company systems/spreadsheets
• Coordinate with ownership and operations on new work
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Ideal Candidate

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Construction, property management, restoration, or service industry experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Compensation Compensation includes:
• Weekly base pay
• Performance-based commission
