We are searching for a Business Development Representative to lead our venture as we take our business model into the Multifamily market. Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative specializing in Multifamily Construction! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence in the multifamily housing sector by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and driving sales growth. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us connect with local, regional and national property managers and decision-makers to identify and deliver efficient construction projects. This position offers a vibrant environment where your sales expertise and passion for business development will thrive, making a tangible impact on our company's success. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at property management companies within the Texas market. Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the multi-family construction and remodel and emergency response secotrs Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Engage in warm calling and in- person meetings to introduce our services, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions effectively Develop and execute strategic outreach plans through telemarketing and marketing initiatives to expand market reach Identify, Develop and attend strategic community involvement marketing opportunities such as conferences, sponsorship opportunities, luncheons, etc. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project timelines and company goals Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to multifamily construction sales Qualifications Proven experience in multi-family construction business development Established relationships with key decision-makers in the property management industry. Strong general construction knowledge. Strong marketing knowledge. Estimating experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and customer service abilities Demonstrated success in outbound calling, telemarketing, and business development activities Ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking sales activities and client interactions A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning about new market opportunities and industry innovations Embark on a rewarding career where your business development talent fuels growth and innovation in multifamily construction!
